What is Turtle Rewards?

It is The Greene Turtle’s loyalty program. Members earn points for qualifying purchases and when 200 points are reached, a $10 Reward will automatically be applied to your account. The Reward can be redeemed on food and beverage at any The Greene Turtle location.

Does It Cost Anything to Join?

Nothing at all! It’s free to join.

Can I use a Coupon or Discount and Still Earn Points?

Yes, but you only earn points for the dollars spent after discounts and before tax and gratuity.

When Will the Points Appear on My Card?

Points are issued when your check is paid.  You can view your points by accessing your account through The Greene Turtle mobile app that can be found in the Apple Store or Google Play Store

When Can I Spend My Rewards?

As soon as a Reward has been loaded into your account, it may be redeemed.

How Can I Use My Rewards?

Your $10 Reward is just like cash and you can use it on any menu item. Other Rewards are valid on the items listed in the Reward.  Unfortunately Rewards cannot be used on Gift Card purchases.

Will My Points Expire?

No, as long as a qualifying purchase is made at least once every 12 months.  Accounts that have no activity during a 12 month period are automatically reset, and any points earned are forfeited.

Will My Rewards Expire?

Yes. $10 Rewards are valid for 90 days.  Other rewards, such as the birthday reward, are valid for 30 days.

What Happens If I Don’t Have My Card When I Visit?

No problem. A server can look up your account simply by using the phone number you provided during account registration.

Can I Use My Greene Turtle Rewards at All Greene Turtle Locations?

Turtle Rewards are valid at all The Greene Turtle locations excluding N. Ocean City.

Why Don’t I Receive Emails From The Greene Turtle?
