Twelve ounces of New Yawk's finest strip steak (Certified Angus, my friend), savored up with Montreal steak seasoning and charbroiled to your personal satisfaction.  Is it good?!  You kiddin' me?  Fuggadaboddit!  Get it with mashed redskin potatoes & gravy and flame-roasted veggies.
 
Terrapin Steak
Our house specialty. Eight ounces of strip steak grilled to perfection and topped with garlic butter. Served with mashed redskin potatoes & gravy and flame-roasted veggies.
 
Chicken Chesapeake
The Turtle’s famed creamy crab dip makes a pan fried chicken breast a Chesapeake masterpiece. Served with rice and flame-roasted vegetables.
 
 BBQ Chicken Griller
Two hog hammers sit next to a grilled chicken breast, all basted in smoky BBQ sauce. Served with fries and coleslaw.
 
Teriyaki Salmon
A pan fried teriyaki-encrusted salmon filet drizzled with our signature glaze. Served on a bed of rice with fried, teriyaki coated greene beans.

The Eastern Shore recipe that's been handed down from Grandma Turtle.  Made with jumbo lump.  Served with crispy fries and coleslaw.  One cake or two.
